Orion molecular cloud survey

Observations of the Orion molecular cloud were performed with the IRAM 30-meter telescope in the ¹²CO(2-1) and ¹³CO(2-1) lines. The heterodyne multipixel array HERA was used in the on-the-fly (OTF) mode to map a region of about 1 deg x 0.8 deg, centered on the IRc2 position.
